Blood Test Analysis

For Optimal Health

Optimal health is your complete physical, emotional, and relational well-being. It’s not just the absence or prevention of disease but taking an active role in the vitality of those parts that make up your whole. It’s feeling good in your body; a sense of freedom in your body that gives you the tools to live to your fullest.

Normal vs. Optimal
Results

On your pathology results, usually on the far right side, is a range - which is called the Reference Range. Your results are compared to the reference range to see if it might be ok or not. If your result is in the Reference Range, it is assumed that it is "normal". With your results being "normal" you therefore must be fine right?! No! You wouldn't be having if you were feeling fine...

Reference Ranges on your pathology results is simply a STATISTICAL AVERAGE, of people who have had that test at that laboratory. Different labs use different reference ranges too!

Hence the Reference Range is simply an average of approx. 95% of UNHEALTHY people who have had that test! Reference Ranges are NOT healthy ranges.

Instead of using the typical Reference Range, I use an Optimal Range instead! These ranges come from published studies, courses, pathology textbooks and working with Haematologists and Medical Laboratory Scientists.

I will analyse your pathology results which may show nutrient deficiencies or other reasons for your symptoms!

I give you a detailed explanation and report anaylsis of your pathology results
