Cancellation Policy

 

I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, and that is completely fine, providing adequate notice is given. 

 If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is kindly requested. This allows for other patients to be scheduled in, hence shortening their waiting time.

Less than 4 hours notice will require a deposit of 25% of the value of the appointment in order to hold the next booking.

 No-shows will be charged 50% of the value of the  missed appointment.
